Surveillance, in and of itself, spans a wide range of potential case matter; including (but not limited to) fraud, theft, marital infidelity, child abuse, stalking, undercover/workplace misconduct, missing persons/runaways and covert security/armed protective services.
Each and every case is contracted by retainer. Each retainer is tailored to the monetary demands of the casework. Penumbra Investigations does, however, understand that a client's worst-case scenario isn't often pre-budgeted into a monthly expense account. We work with our client's available budget, as best as we can, to effectively close each case in a timely fashion.
Every potential case involves its' own set of unique circumstances and obstacles. As such, Penumbra Investigations builds each client's case with special attention to their specific needs and desires.
